Anchor Health Properties is seeking a motivated Real Estate Analyst Intern for Fall 2026 to join our team in Arlington, Arlington County, supporting healthcare-focused real estate initiatives from the ground up.
About the Role
This full-time, on-site internship offers an immersive introduction to healthcare real estate analysis. As a Real Estate Analyst Intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals in Arlington, VA, gaining hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of medical real estate—from development and acquisitions through asset management and investment strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating potential acquisition and development opportunities within the healthcare real estate sector
- Build and maintain financial models to support investment and asset management decisions
- Gather and organize market data, property performance metrics, and comparable analyses
- Support leasing, property management, and underwriting teams with research and reporting
- Prepare presentation materials and summaries for internal review
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets and financial concepts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn new tools
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and written communication
- Genuine interest in healthcare, real estate investment, and commercial property
- Available to work full-time on-site in Arlington, Arlington County during Fall 2026
