About the Role
As an Accounting Intern at Anchor Health Properties, you'll work alongside our accounting and finance team to support essential financial processes and reporting. What You'll Do
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation
- Support financial statement preparation and general ledger reconciliation
- Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Perform data entry and assist with month-end closing procedures
- Support financial analysis and reporting projects as assigned
- Learn about healthcare real estate accounting and the unique financial complexities of property management and investment operations
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Professional communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Interest in healthcare, real estate, or property finance is a plus
