AMZ Advisers is hiring a TikTok Shop Affiliate Strategy Manager in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County to lead affiliate program development and strategy for our growing social commerce business. This is a full-time, on-site position.
About the Role
As a TikTok Shop Affiliate Strategy Manager at AMZ Advisers, you'll drive affiliate partnerships and growth strategies that fuel revenue expansion for leading e-commerce brands. You'll work at the intersection of social commerce innovation and partnership management, designing and executing programs that attract, onboard, and retain high-performing affiliates on the TikTok Shop platform.
What You'll Do
- Develop and refine affiliate recruitment and retention strategies to grow our partner network
- Create competitive commission structures and incentive programs that motivate affiliate performance
- Manage day-to-day affiliate relationships, including onboarding, support, and performance optimization
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and program improvements
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader TikTok Shop strategies
- Build scalable systems and processes to support affiliate management at scale
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing affiliate programs, partnerships, or channel partnerships
- Deep familiarity with TikTok Shop, social commerce, or performance-based marketing platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize programs based on metrics
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Experience scaling programs or processes from small to enterprise levels is a plus
