Head of Partner Marketing France

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential food delivery platform seeking a Head of Partner Marketing to lead their France market team in Paris. This is a senior leadership role managing a team of 6 marketing professionals, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing France.

You will define and execute the partner marketing strategy across restaurant, grocery, and retail segments, creating campaigns and partnerships that drive customer acquisition while supporting partner growth and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define partner marketing strategy across multiple business segments (restaurants, grocery, retail, national accounts, global key accounts) aligned with global priorities and French market needs
• Design creative campaigns and activations that showcase partners and build brand preference: exclusive partnerships, launches, experiences, collaborations, and special operations
• Build customized marketing plans for strategic partners, balancing commercial objectives, marketing ambitions, and customer experience
• Serve as strategic partner to commercial teams, understanding business challenges and transforming commercial opportunities into differentiated marketing platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Promotions, Brand & Media, Integrated Marketing, Creative, CRM, Analytics, and Global teams to build integrated marketing plans
• Manage and develop a team of 6, providing vision, coaching, structure, and execution rigor to build capabilities and autonomy
• Drive performance through data-driven decision making, measuring impact, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring flawless execution

What We're Looking For

• 6-7+ years of marketing experience with significant background defining high-impact marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of commercial challenges and how marketing accelerates business growth and creates partner value
• Creative sensibility and excellent brand culture, with ability to design memorable campaigns that deliver measurable results
• Proven ability to influence and align teams in matrix environments, creating alignment around a common vision
• Successful management experience developing talent and coaching teams
• Strategic, structured, and execution-oriented approach with strong data orientation
• Fluent French and English required
• Strategic vision combined with creativity and commercial acumen
• Leadership and coaching capabilities with cross-functional collaboration skills
• Data analysis and decision-making expertise with prioritization and operational excellence
