The Opportunity

PSR is seeking a Head of Health and Safety to join our team in Aberdeen or Edinburgh. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees while driving forward GBE's mission to power the UK (nationwide) (nationwide)'s clean energy future.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and support to employees on health and safety best practices.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to prevent future occurrences.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in health and safety management. The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role within the energy sector.
• A degree or relevant qualification in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management.
• Experience in risk assessment and incident investigation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards.
