About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential media production company seeking a Head of Business Operations based in Colombia. Our client is scaling a rapidly growing entertainment brand and needs a strategic operational partner to coordinate executive leadership, production timelines, and cross-functional initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection of executive coordination, production management, and business operations. You'll serve as the operational integrator transforming ambitious creative ideas into consistent execution across leadership teams, production workflows, and strategic business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic operational partner to executive leadership, coordinating across different priorities, working styles, and ownership areas
• Manage and coordinate multiple senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clear ownership, and follow-through across initiatives
• Own and manage production timelines including milestones, dependencies, priorities, risks, and deliverables
• Drive accountability across creative, production, operations, leadership, and external partners
• Identify and remove operational bottlenecks before they impact delivery
• Create visibility across project status, production milestones, risks, dependencies, and upcoming priorities
• Protect executive time by coordinating meetings, managing priorities, organizing information, and reducing operational overhead
• Facilitate communication and alignment between creative, production, operations, leadership, and external partners
• Build and improve documentation, workflows, operating procedures, and project management systems
• Research, evaluate, and help execute new growth opportunities including partnerships, products, distribution channels, and monetization initiatives
• Step into ambiguous situations, identify what needs to happen, and independently drive initiatives forward

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Project Management, Producer, Chief of Staff, Production Management, Operations Leadership, or similar roles
• Proven experience coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple senior stakeholders or executives
• Experience managing production timelines and workflows, ideally within media, entertainment, creative, or fast-paced production environments
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams without losing details
• Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to drive initiatives from idea through execution
• Strong business judgment with ability to identify opportunities, assess priorities, and turn ideas into action
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required
• Spanish fluency strongly preferred
• Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity
• Highly proactive, resourceful, entrepreneurial, and self-directed
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence rather than formal authority
• Strong ability to manage up, keep senior stakeholders aligned, and drive accountability
• Strong documentation and operational process improvement skills
• Experience using project management platforms such as Notion, ClickUp, or similar tools
