As a full-time Guest Service Representative at our front desk in Rumford, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their memorable experiences. Your responsibilities include greeting visitors warmly, addressing inquiries, managing reservations, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm smile and provide exceptional customer service <li-Assist with check-in/check-out procedures for hotel guests <li-Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly <li-Process reservations and manage room bookings <li-Establish rapport with visitors to ensure their satisfaction
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written <li-Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude <li-Familiarity with hotel operations and front desk procedures <li-Efficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously <li-Able to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments
