About the Role

As a Guest Advocate, you're the welcoming presence and operational backbone of Target. What You'll Do

• Greet and assist guests with genuine warmth, answering questions about products and store services
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently as a cashier
• Manage cart collection, restocking, and front-of-store maintenance
• Create a clean, welcoming shopping environment by attending to guest areas and signage
• Support store operations by helping wherever the team needs you most
• Handle guest concerns with problem-solving skills and a service-first mindset
• Work as a collaborative team member supporting all Target locations and processes
