- Manage marketing budgets and ROI, scaling successful initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity in telehealth and behavioral health markets
- Support brand awareness initiatives that position Northeast Family Services as a trusted provider
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of growth marketing or digital marketing experience, ideally in healthcare or SaaS
- Proven ability to drive measurable user acquisition and engagement
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and ad networks
- Strong writing skills and ability to craft compelling healthcare marketing copy
- Understanding of behavioral health, mental health, or healthcare marketing landscape
- Self-directed approach with ability to lead projects independently and cross-functionally
- Data-driven mindset with comfort interpreting metrics and optimizing campaigns
