Bell Tower Residence is hiring a full-time Maintenance Assistant in Merrill, Lincoln County to ensure our assisted living community remains safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for residents and staff.
About the Role
Bell Tower Residence is looking for a reliable maintenance professional to support the upkeep and repair of our assisted living facility. Working a day shift schedule with flexibility for weekend, evening, and holiday on-call duties, you'll help keep our grounds and building systems running smoothly to serve our residents' needs.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and fixtures throughout the facility
- Address maintenance requests from staff promptly and professionally
- Maintain grounds, landscaping, and exterior areas in clean, safe condition
- Assist with seasonal maintenance projects and deep cleaning initiatives
- Help troubleshoot and resolve facility maintenance issues as they arise
- Report maintenance concerns and coordinate repairs with specialists when needed
- Support a safe, clean environment that meets health and safety standards
