About the Role

The 5C Medicine Telemetry unit is a 26-bed acute care setting featuring private patient rooms. This dynamic unit serves patients requiring continuous cardiac and medical monitoring while maintaining a fast-paced clinical environment. As a Graduate Nurse, you'll be integrated into a collaborative team that prioritizes both patient safety and professional growth for early-career nurses.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, monitoring, and documentation
• Monitor telemetry readings and vital signs for patients with cardiac and medical conditions
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Respond to patient needs and communicate changes in clinical status
• Follow hospital protocols and maintain infection control and safety standards
• Develop clinical skills and clinical judgment under nursing mentorship

What We're Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligible to obtain in Pennsylvania
• Recent nursing graduate or new to clinical practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient safety and compassionate care
• Ability to work a 72-hour biweekly schedule with rotating weekends and holidays as per unit rotation policy
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced acute care setting
