About This Position

As General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of our Winston-Salem store, from daily operations to strategic growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll set the tone for our team, ensure consistent execution of our standards, and directly impact the success of our location. You'll manage staffing, inventory, quality control, and profitability while maintaining the service standards our customers expect from Domino's.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of delivery drivers, shift managers, and crew members
• Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, and shift management to meet sales targets and operational benchmarks
• Ensure food quality, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained and exceed Domino's requirements
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control costs and minimize waste
• Handle cash management, payment processing, and financial reconciliation with accuracy
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships, handle complaints professionally, and drive customer satisfaction
• Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvements to boost profitability and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations

Who We're Looking For

• Proven management or supervisory experience, ideally in quick-service restaurant or retail environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments and multitasking across operational, sales, and people priorities
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
