Full-Cycle Sales Recruiter

We're hiring a Full-Cycle Sales Recruiter to join Premium Merchant Funding in New York, New York, United States. In this full-time role, you'll own the complete recruitment lifecycle for our sales team, from sourcing exceptional talent through closing offers and ensuring successful onboarding.

Position Summary

As a Full-Cycle Sales Recruiter at Premium Merchant Funding, you'll build and manage the talent pipeline that fuels our sales growth. Working directly with hiring managers and sales leadership, you'll identify, screen, and place high-performing sales professionals. Your work spans the entire recruitment cycle, requiring strategic planning and tactical execution to meet hiring goals while maintaining the quality of our sales force.

Core Duties

• Source candidates for sales positions using job boards, social networks, referral programs, and direct outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate fit, experience, and potential
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
• Coordinate interviews, skills assessments, background checks, and reference verification
• Manage offer negotiations, acceptance logistics, and coordinate onboarding with new hires
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases
• Build and nurture candidate relationships to support current needs and future opportunities
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and recruitment performance

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a full-cycle or sales recruiter with a track record of successful placements
• Deep knowledge of sales roles, sales compensation structures, and market rates for sales talent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with candidates, managers, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously and meet aggressive hiring timelines
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting databases, and recruitment tools
• Self-motivated, results-oriented approach to building and closing quality candidate pipelines
