About the Role

As a Floor Security Monitor with Anovaeon LLC, you will serve as a visible, trusted presence across assigned floors and common areas in Tanglewood, Rapides Parish. Your attentiveness and steady judgment will directly support the safety, order, and smooth functioning of the facilities we operate on behalf of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol and observe assigned floor areas to maintain a secure, orderly environment for staff, visitors, and residents.
• Identify, document, and report unusual activity, safety hazards, or policy concerns promptly and accurately.
• Respond calmly to incidents and assist with established emergency and access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry points and movement throughout the premises to help protect people and property.
• Coordinate with team members, supervisors, and on-site personnel to uphold security standards.
