You'll deliver dynamic, engaging instruction while embodying the inclusive, judgment-free approach that defines our community. Your energy, expertise, and genuine care directly influence how members experience fitness and commit to their long-term health goals in Honolulu.

What You'll Do

• Lead group fitness classes with clear cuing, proper form demonstration, and consistent motivational presence
• Meet members individually to understand their fitness goals and offer personalized guidance
• Model correct exercise technique and provide safe, effective modifications for all ability levels
• Maintain class spaces and equipment in safe, clean, ready-to-use condition
• Build a non-judgmental, encouraging atmosphere where every participant feels valued and supported
• Progress class intensity and variety based on member feedback and evolving fitness needs
• Share fitness education and wellness encouragement to strengthen member commitment and results

Requirements

• Current fitness certification from a recognized organization such as ACE, NASM, or ISSA
• CPR and AED certification, or commitment to obtain it quickly
• Excellent communication and motivational abilities
• Genuine passion for supporting people of all ages and fitness backgrounds
• Physical capability to demonstrate exercises and sustain energy throughout teaching shifts
• Professional, dependable approach to member safety and class delivery
• Prior group fitness teaching experience strongly preferred
