About the Role
As a Sales BDC Coordinator at Paul Miller, you'll serve as a critical link between our customers and our sales professionals. You'll manage inbound and outbound communications, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. This is a hands-on position where your communication skills, attention to detail, and customer-first mindset directly impact our dealership's success.
What You'll Do
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Qualify and prioritize leads to maximize sales opportunities for the team
- Schedule test drives and appointments, coordinating between customers and sales staff
- Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate customer records and lead management in our CRM system
- Support inventory inquiries and provide product information to potential buyers
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment where customer satisfaction is paramount
What We're Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Proven customer service experience—automotive background is a plus but not required
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting
- Comfort with CRM software and digital tools; quick to learn new systems
- Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple leads simultaneously
