Financial Systems & Operations Manager

True Classic is seeking a Financial Systems & Operations Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of financial systems and operational processes in our Calabasas, Los Angeles County office. This full-time role offers ownership of critical financial infrastructure that enables accurate reporting, compliance, and operational scalability.

About the Role

The Financial Systems & Operations Manager will serve as the strategic architect of our financial systems ecosystem, responsible for systems selection, implementation oversight, process design, and control environment development. This position requires both technical acumen and business insight to ensure that financial operations support organizational growth while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and deployment of financial systems and infrastructure that enable accurate, timely accounting and reporting
• Develop, document, and maintain operational workflows and standard operating procedures across finance and accounting functions
• Build and enhance internal controls frameworks aligned with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce manual effort
• Manage integrations between financial systems, accounting platforms, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions
• Work cross-functionally with finance, accounting, IT, and operations teams to implement systems and process improvements
• Establish data governance protocols to ensure information integrity, security, and auditability
• Monitor and troubleshoot financial systems performance and recommend enhancements or technology upgrades

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in financial systems management, accounting operations, or process improvement
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, compliance frameworks, and audit requirements
• Proficiency with ERP platforms, accounting software, and data management and analytics tools
• Proven success designing and optimizing financial and operational processes
• Technical skills with an ability to evaluate and implement software solutions
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related discipline (preferred)
