Customer Service Representative

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Boulder, Colorado location. This full-time, on-site position offers hourly compensation from $16.82 to $19.00 and provides an opportunity to deliver exceptional support to customers while being the face of U-Haul's commitment to service excellence.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you'll be the direct connection between our customers and the company. You'll work as part of a collaborative, supportive team dedicated to making every customer interaction positive and productive. Your work directly impacts how customers experience U-Haul's moving and storage solutions.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers with rental inquiries, reservations, and account questions
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, following company procedures
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and patience
• Represent U-Haul's brand through friendly, knowledgeable interactions
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain service excellence
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and store-related materials
