About the Role

As the Financial Systems Manager for Israel Member Firm at Deloitte, you will be embedded within the Finance organization, taking ownership of the systems that keep core financial operations running smoothly for the member firm. This Wellston-based position blends day-to-day operational support with forward-looking strategy, giving you a direct hand in defining how Finance Systems evolve. You will champion innovative solutions, lead meaningful system improvements, and guide the people side of change as new capabilities roll out across the finance application landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain the finance systems that support the member firm's operational needs.
• Drive innovation across the finance application portfolio, identifying and delivering enhancements that add measurable value.
• Lead change management efforts, helping teams adopt new tools, processes, and workflows with confidence.
• Balance immediate operational priorities with the longer-term roadmap and vision for Finance Systems.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable, scalable system solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing or supporting financial systems and applications within a corporate finance environment.
• Strong grasp of system implementation, enhancement, and lifecycle management practices.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute change management activities across cross-functional teams.
• Analytical, solutions-oriented mindset with the judgment to weigh operational demands against strategic goals.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working closely with Finance and technology partners.
• Willingness to work on-site in Wellston, Saint Louis County; this is not a remote role.
