About the Role
As a Refrigeration Technician with Compass Group at Port Haven, you will keep refrigeration and HVAC systems running reliably across a busy site-based operation. The position follows a permanent 14&7 roster (14 days on, 7 days off) and welcomes both fly-in fly-out (FIFO) and drive-in drive-out (DIDO) candidates. A permanent base salary starts from $135,513 per year, plus allowances and superannuation.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, maintain and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment across the site.
- Diagnose faults and carry out preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.
- Work safely and in line with site standards and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with the wider Port Haven team to support smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Trade qualification as a Refrigeration Technician or HVAC technician.
- Hands-on experience servicing refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
- Willingness to commit to a FIFO or DIDO arrangement on a 14&7 roster.
- A safety-focused, team-oriented approach to your work.
