Field Sales Trainer (UK South)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Field Sales Trainer to deliver high-impact onboarding and development programs across the UK South region. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with possibility of extension, based in London with an office-first approach.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver engaging onboarding programs for up to 60 new field sales representatives per month through live workshops and self-directed learning, ensuring team members are ready to succeed from day one
• Lead role-play assessments and accreditations to evaluate sales readiness, provide constructive feedback, and confirm new hires are equipped for their first customer interactions
• Track activation rates and new joiner performance metrics to measure training impact, identify gaps early, and implement improvements
• Partner with the existing training team and leadership to design and continuously refine programs that drive sales volume, quality, and product adoption
• Collaborate with territory managers, recruiters, and sales enablement teams to share insights on candidate readiness, onboarding engagement, and early performance trends

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates with:

• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and feedback skills with the ability to engage participants at varying experience levels
• Proven experience delivering live and virtual sales training, including role-play facilitation and accreditation sessions
• Demonstrated ability to connect training initiatives to commercial outcomes such as activation rates, representative performance, and sales results
• Experience creating and adapting training materials, assessments, and self-directed content in fast-moving, high-volume environments
• Strong knowledge of digital learning platforms, sales tools, and blended learning approaches
• A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South of the UK for in-person training delivery
