Field Clinical Specialist, Minnesota, TMTT

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota to deliver clinical expertise and drive adoption of our groundbreaking cardiac therapies. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll be the clinical partner interventional cardiologists and cardiac surgery teams rely on to maximize patient outcomes through our TMTT (Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapy) innovations.

About the Role

As a Field Clinical Specialist supporting our TMTT business in Minnesota, you'll operate at the intersection of clinical science and medical device innovation. You'll work directly with leading cardiac centers and medical professionals, providing hands-on clinical support, education, and strategic guidance that enables teams to confidently adopt and optimize our life-changing therapies.

What You'll Do

• Deliver clinical training and technical education to interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and operating room teams across hospitals and surgical centers
• Support case preparation, patient selection, and procedural strategy to ensure clinical excellence and optimal outcomes
• Establish trusted clinical relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital decision-makers throughout Minnesota
• Provide bedside and procedural support during case execution and post-procedure follow-up
• Collaborate with regional sales partners to identify clinical opportunities and expand market adoption of TMTT solutions
• Gather clinical insights and real-world evidence to inform product understanding and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Clinical experience in interventional cardiology, cardiac surgery, cardiothoracic nursing, or related cardiovascular specialty
• Deep working knowledge of transcatheter valve therapies and mitral or tricuspid disease management
• Proven ability to teach, influence, and build credibility with physician and clinical staff audiences
• Self-directed approach to field-based work with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel throughout Minnesota and surrounding markets regularly
• Genuine commitment to advancing patient care and clinical innovation in cardiac medicine
