As a Federal Marketing Principal Specialist, you own the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness and growth in highly competitive federal markets. You'll serve as a strategic partner to business development, capture, and growth leaders, translating their priorities into targeted marketing initiatives designed to resonate with government stakeholders. Your work spans market positioning, campaign strategy, content development, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate outcomes in specialized federal sectors.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting federal government decision-makers across defense, civilian, healthcare, national security, and space sectors
• Collaborate with business development and capture teams to identify market opportunities and develop customer-focused go-to-market strategies
• Lead content creation and messaging strategy, ensuring all marketing materials reflect Maximus expertise and competitive differentiation
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies based on market feedback and key metrics

What We're Looking For
