Farm Maintenance Technician

Prestage is seeking a Farm Maintenance Technician in Texhoma, Oklahoma to support the ongoing maintenance and repair of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure across our agricultural operations.

What This Role Involves

As a Farm Maintenance Technician, you'll be the hands-on professional responsible for keeping our farm systems running smoothly. You'll perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment failures, and execute repairs to ensure facility reliability and safety across our Texhoma location. This is essential work that directly supports our farming operations and the team members who depend on well-maintained equipment and structures.

Core Duties

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on farm equipment, machinery, and infrastructure
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform repairs or coordinate specialist service as needed
• Maintain facility systems including ventilation, water supply, and electrical components
• Perform general facility repairs and upkeep to maintain safe working conditions
• Document maintenance activities and track equipment service histories
• Collaborate with farm management to schedule maintenance around operational priorities

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience in an agricultural or industrial setting
• Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain equipment documentation
• Reliable transportation to the Texhoma, Oklahoma work site
