What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on facility systems, equipment, and infrastructure
• Monitor and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems to ensure operational continuity
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and facility conditions
• Follow established safety protocols and security procedures protecting critical infrastructure assets
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate facility operations
• Perform general facility housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and janitorial oversight
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or technical certification preferred
• Experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or related technical field
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with hands-on ability to diagnose problems
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems a plus
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Commitment to safety and ability to follow established safety standards
• Reliable transportation and willingness to respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
