Rehab Alliance is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a part-time position at our Chula Vista location in San Diego County. This is an exceptional opportunity to deliver patient-centered therapy in a supportive, growing care environment.
About the Role
As an Assisted Living Occupational Therapist, you will deliver specialized rehabilitation and therapeutic services to our residents, helping them achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life. Working with our dedicated team at our Chula Vista facility, you'll draw on your clinical expertise to support the wellness and functional goals of the individuals in our care.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify each resident's functional abilities and therapy needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to support activities of daily living, mobility, and independence
- Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions and adaptations
- Document progress, outcomes, and recommendations with accuracy and clarity
- Collaborate with nursing, care, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, holistic resident care
- Educate residents and families about rehabilitation strategies and adaptive techniques
What We're Looking For
- Valid licensure or registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Clinical experience in senior care, rehabilitation, or assisted living settings
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary care team
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
