About the Role

The Executive, Service and Operations role at National University Polyclinics involves working closely with the Clinic Manager and multidisciplinary stakeholders to support the planning, coordination, and smooth daily operations of the polyclinic. Key responsibilities include optimising manpower and resources, driving operational excellence, and ensuring a seamless patient experience while maintaining cost-effective and efficient services.

What You'll Do

• Support the Clinic Manager in strategic planning and implementation of operational strategies to enhance service delivery.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient workflow and optimal resource utilisation.
• Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement in operations.
• Oversee manpower allocation and training programs to support staff development and retention.
• Drive initiatives aimed at improving patient satisfaction and overall clinic efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably within a polyclinic setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to optimise resources and drive operational excellence.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
