The Operations Leadership Development Program (“OLDP”) Associate will implement and improve manufacturing processes required to meet the needs of the operation for both existing and new products. Utilizes and supports individual, team, and quality/process improvement efforts. Assures manufacturing processes meet requirements.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
- Experience in leadership development programs is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
