The Opportunity

We are seeking a Program Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to join our team at Cdcfoundation in Connecticut (statewide) (statewide). This role will involve designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems for various health programs aimed at improving public health outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage monitoring and evaluation plans for assigned projects
• Analyze data to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of monitoring and evaluation efforts
• Support the development and dissemination of evidence-based best practices in monitoring and evaluation

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly skilled Program Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist who has experience in public health programs. You should have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking
