What This Role Involves

The role of Program Director at AnaVation involves direct engagement and support to multiple government clients. You will oversee a team of managers ensuring the execution of duties related to 24x7x365 cybersecurity event monitoring and intermediate cyber threat analysis operations. Responsibilities include managing personnel, processes, and day-to-day activities that directly support multi-agency operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide direct engagement and support to multiple government clients
• Oversight of a team of managers in the execution of duties with managing personnel, processes, and day-to-day activities
• Support multi-agency 24x7x365 cybersecurity event monitoring and intermediate cyber threat analysis operations
• Technical team leads support, recruiting, staff retention, monthly contract and financial status reports, and deliverable document schedule and quality assurance
• Become a thought leader in creating value, enhancing capabilities, or understanding trends across the Federal Government and industry
• Identify options with recommendations and/or implementation of solutions to manage risk, schedule, and backlog assessment boards for Integrated Master Schedule generation
• Support customer briefings and meetings from daily operational briefings to higher level strategic presentations
• Provide focused domain expertise in the integrated defense of IC Information Environment

Skills & Qualifications

Required skills include proven thought leadership, expertise, and specialized skills. Candidates should have experience in managing risk, scheduling, and backlog assessment boards to support Integrated Master Schedule generation. Additionally, candidates must be prepared to support customer briefings and meetings at various levels of detail.
