Role Overview

The Director of Professional Services at Ataccama is a pivotal role in our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data management, governance, and quality, with proven leadership skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing Professional Services team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and outcomes.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for professional services delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Elevate the Ataccama brand through successful project implementations and customer testimonials.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and driving long-term success.

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data management, governance, or related fields.
• A proven track record of leading professional services teams and delivering successful projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
• Experience in cloud-based data management solutions is preferred.
