Project Manager, Central Laboratory Services at Precision for Medicine in UK (nationwide) (Full Time, No Remote)

The Opportunity

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Project Manager to lead new and existing CRO laboratory projects across various disciplines with the goal of accelerating the development and adoption of novel therapeutics. This role will be based in Poland, Serbia, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, or the UK, focusing on assay development, clinical testing, biorepository/sample management, logistics, and kitting for global client studies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Led projects from conception through close-out, ensuring detailed planning, execution, risk management, communication, stakeholder management, scope, and cost control
• Navigated ambiguous situations with a system and process solution mindset to support growth and continuous improvement
• Developed professional expertise by applying company policies and procedures to resolve issues
• Contacted internal stakeholders for project-related matters
• Mentored junior Project Managers in best practices and processes
• Prepared and maintained process documents, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
• Monitored operational delivery progress against contracted timelines and budgets
• Served as the cross-functional lead for assigned projects, translating project plans into actionable steps to meet client needs and expectations throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading CRO laboratory projects with a focus on assay development, clinical testing, biorepository/sample management, logistics, and kitting for global studies
• Strong leadership skills to manage all aspects of designated protocols and ensure overall project performance and client satisfaction
• Able to navigate ambiguity and work on problems of moderate scope where analysis requires a review of various factors
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate project plans into actionable steps for cross-functional teams
• Experience in developing professional expertise by applying company policies and procedures to resolve issues
• Able to mentor junior Project Managers in best practices and processes
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to monitor operational delivery progress against contracted timelines and budgets
