About the Role

Allstar Services is expanding across the Midwest and we’re hiring a Field Project Manager to “run the show” in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with deep residential roofing installation experience who can manage crews, drive quality, and keep jobs moving on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead high-volume residential roofing install teams
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality
• Supervise and mentor crew members to improve performance and productivity
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and safety

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential roofing installation
• Proven track record of managing high-volume projects with multiple crews
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage teams effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
• Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance regulations
• Able to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments
