What This Role Involves
Your primary responsibility is to lead by example through above average sales performance. While leading from the front, you will also mentor other sales representatives to demonstrate how to adhere to our selling system and achieve outstanding results.
A key part of your role involves shadowing sales reps to ensure they are compliant with our selling system. You will provide prescriptive training to help improve their performance, ensuring a high level of consistency across the team.

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant District Sales Manager who is passionate about driving sales and helping others succeed. You should have excellent leadership skills, the ability to train and mentor team members, and a proven track record in sales.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
