Savers | Value Village is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Sales Manager (Assistant Store Manager) to join our team in Reno, Nevada. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed financial goals.
- Motivate and train staff to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory effectively to maintain optimal stock levels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the retail industry.
- A strong understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service principles.
- Excellent leadership and management skills to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Prior experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
