Sales Floor Associate

About the Role

As a full-time sales floor associate at Savers | Value Village, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers exploring our ever-changing inventory of donated, gently-used items. You'll combine customer service excellence with operational know-how to ensure every visitor finds their treasures while our store stays organized and welcoming.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers as they shop for pre-owned clothing, accessories, and household goods
• Price, tag, and arrange merchandise to maintain an inviting, easy-to-browse sales floor
• Keep inventory organized and current, ensuring displays showcase our best donations
• Answer customer questions about item condition, sizing, pricing, and store policies
• Support payment processing and maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Work as part of a team to deliver excellent service and meet store objectives

What We're Looking For

• Genuine interest in thrift retail and sustainable, secondhand shopping
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout your shifts
• Comfort with basic math and point-of-sale systems (training will be provided)
• Prior retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Dependability, a positive mindset, and flexibility to support team needs
