As a Community Donation Center Ambassador, you'll work full-time at our Dublin location, creating an inviting experience for community members bringing their gently-used clothing, accessories, and household goods to donate. What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist donors with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Guide donors through the donation process with clear, patient communication
• Process donations and verify items meet our quality and acceptance guidelines
• Educate community members about our commitment to sustainable reuse
• Handle physical tasks including receiving, organizing, and managing donated merchandise
• Maintain a clean, welcoming donation center environment
• Build strong community relationships and encourage repeat donors
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
