What This Role Involves

As Retail Manager, you'll lead our store team to achieve operational excellence and sales performance. You'll be responsible for creating a positive work environment, mentoring staff, managing inventory, and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service every time they visit. Your leadership will directly impact our store's success and community reputation.

Core Duties

• Supervise and develop a team of retail associates, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and loss prevention
• Manage inventory levels, merchandising standards, and product displays
• Drive sales and meet performance targets through strategic planning and team motivation
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and workplace safety standards
• Resolve customer issues and maintain positive community relationships
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal
