About the Role
Syneos Health® is seeking a Senior Global Project Manager to lead projects in Immunology, Metabolic, and Oncology. This role will be based in Canada (nationwide) (nationwide) and will involve managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage global clinical development projects in the areas of Immunology, Metabolic, and Oncology
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sponsors, CROs, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients and team members to provide updates on project status and address any issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in global clinical development, with a focus on Immunology, Metabolic, and Oncology
- A bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in clinical development
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
