About This Position

This position at Syneos Health India Private Limited in Poland (nationwide) (nationwide) is for a CRA II - Multi Sponsor. As a member of the Clinical Solutions team, you will be involved in site qualification and other critical activities to support drug development projects.

What You'll Do

• Perform site qualification visits and ensure sites meet regulatory requirements.
• Support clinical trial operations by managing site relationships and ensuring compliance with study protocols.
• Contribute to the overall success of clinical trials through effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Participate in data management activities, including monitoring and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience as a CRA or similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• A strong understanding of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with site personnel, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and report preparation.
