As a Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring seamless integration of automated systems into existing operations.

Core Duties

• Manage and deliver large-scale, complex Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) projects across Australia
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Oversee the integration of automated systems into existing operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle

Who We're Looking For

• A proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects within automated warehousing/DC environments
• Strong leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
• A minimum of 8 years' experience in project management within the automated warehousing/DC industry
