Role Overview

We are seeking an organised and motivated Project Manager – Minor Works to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of minor works projects from initial design and pricing through to delivery. Your key tasks include ensuring that all projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will work closely with customers, field crews, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of minor works projects from initial design through delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Communicate effectively with customers, field crews, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on project status and performance.

Requirements

• A proven track record as a Project Manager in the construction or related industry.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• A valid New Zealand driver’s license is required for this role.
