Junior Electrical Engineer
What This Role Involves
In this role, you will work closely with our Substation Maintenance and Protection & Control Engineers. You will support the performance, reliability, and maintenance of critical electricity network assets. Your responsibilities include a mix of office and field-based activities such as technical investigations, site inspections, and digital tasks.
Core Duties
- Support Substation Maintenance and Protection & Control Engineers in maintaining the performance and reliability of the electricity network.
- Conduct technical investigations to identify issues and recommend solutions for asset maintenance.
- Perform site inspections to assess the condition of substation equipment and infrastructure.
- Participate in digital tasks related to monitoring, data analysis, and reporting.

- A degree or relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and substation operations.
