The Opportunity

Oaklawn is seeking a dedicated Social Worker / Therapist to join our team in providing essential mental health and addiction services within the community of St Marys, St. Joseph County. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions in clients’ homes or other appropriate settings.
• Evaluate and assess the mental health needs of clients and develop treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, counselors, and social workers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Document client progress accurately and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.

Who We're Looking For

• A licensed or eligible candidate for licensure as a Social Worker / Therapist in the state of Indiana.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• A commitment to providing compassionate and effective mental health services.
