What This Role Involves

This position involves conducting psychosocial assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing psychotherapeutic interventions such as individual, group, play therapy, family, and couple counseling. The role reports to the Chief of Mental Health Queens/Manhattan.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Master/Clinical Social Worker with experience in mental health. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in conducting psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing various forms of psychotherapy.

  • A master's degree in social work or related field
  • Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State
  • Experience in mental health assessment and intervention
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
