The Opportunity
HopeSource is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team in Ellensburg, Washington. This position offers 30-39 hours per week of full-time employment with a starting pay rate of $23 per hour. The role will be based out of the Ellensburg office and requires no remote work.
Your Responsibilities
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating energy conservation efforts within our organization. Key duties include:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of energy-saving strategies
- Collaborating with team members to ensure project timelines are met
- Monitoring and reporting on energy usage and savings
- Supporting administrative tasks related to program management
Skills & Qualifications
Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with energy conservation practices and policies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
