Responsibilities
- Supporting HR and Employee Relations (ER) processes within the organisation
- Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Providing administrative support to the HR team
- Assisting in the coordination of training programs and development initiatives
