Position Summary
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at First Military Recruitment in Inverness. This role is full-time, based in the company's main office.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of human resources management including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage the hiring process from job posting through to onboarding new employees.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on a range of HR issues, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and employee development.
- Administer and maintain all HR records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or a similar role within the military sector would be advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations relevant to the UK military recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time management abilities.
