• Partner with department heads on workforce planning, succession strategies, and organizational design decisions.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to recommend improvements that raise retention, engagement, and overall productivity.

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading human resources functions, ideally including multi-site or corporate-level responsibilities typical of a Human Resources Manager.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. employment laws, regulatory requirements, and best practices in talent management.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities that build trust with employees and leaders alike.
• Capability to design and implement HR programs that support both individual development and organizational goals.
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills for handling multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion.
• Proficiency with HR information systems and data analysis tools used for reporting and decision support.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience that demonstrates readiness for this level of responsibility.
