Position Summary

The HR Generalist ADP is hosted by the Global Supply Chain Organizational Development Department. Participants will be matched with one of our manufacturing or distribution facilities and will work out of our Arlington, Texas location. The program will commence in either January or July 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Support organizational development initiatives within the facility
• Contribute to employee engagement and retention efforts
• Assist with onboarding new hires and provide administrative support for HR processes
• Participate in training and development programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals
